Surge capacity

Additional crews and repair capacity during periods of elevated demand.

Deployed alongside existing delivery arrangements when volume temporarily exceeds available capacity. The intent is to supplement your programme rather than to displace your established supply chain.

Pilot programme

A controlled programme designed to compare delivery approaches on measured terms.

A bounded piece of work run specifically so that throughput, quality, disruption and cost can be measured against an existing approach. This is the engagement we suggest first, because it lets a supplier be assessed on evidence rather than on assertion.

We have deliberately not published target values against these measures. Baselines differ by network, defect mix, geography and season, and a target quoted without that context would be marketing rather than information.

Targets are set jointly at the start of a pilot, against your own baseline, and reported against openly — including where they are not met.
